Primrose Cottage is a beautiful little place nestled under Glastonbury Tor. It looks out on a panoramic green vista that reaches outwards into the horizon with wonderful skies and and quiet places within the garden for contemplation.

Those who come on Retreat find a sanctuary to explore spiritual truth, rest & relax or seek the support and guidance that may be needed to find greater happiness within life.

Stays are designed to specifically suit the needs of each client and whilst there may be people coming for individual sessions and classes, there is only one Garden Ensuite Room so that you have the privacy that is so often needed to be able to find a sense of peace, purpose and inspiration.

Prices begin at £75 per night for a Simple Retreat including breakfast and morning & evening meditation. Everyone is welcome and no previous experience is needed. Please feel free to get in touch to chat through what might be possible for you.

REVIEW : My sister and I attended a one-day retreat with Karen and Tara back in August 2019. I was unsure what to expect from the day but it did not disappoint! The retreat was held at Primrose Cottage in Glastonbury. The most perfect place to lose yourself and find absolute peace. It instantly felt like a safe and nurturing environment. The views from the Retreat Room were breath-taking. The weather was also kind to us that day which allowed us to take a quick walk to the base of the Tor. Tara was an exceptional host providing delicious healthy snacks and lunch. Plus, constant cups of herbal tea! Through the use of guided meditation and visualisation Karen had the unbelievable skill of enabling us to explore our inner-selves. Throughout the day Karen guided and supported us so we could find inner peace and happiness by understanding our higher purpose. We very quickly began to gain knowledge and understanding of how to move forward to a happier and stress free way of being. She is such a great teacher and facilitator - her knowledge and calm approach was truly inspirational. The four pillars of success made a big impression on me. I continue to work on my patience, tolerance, compassion and forgiveness because I know it gives me a feeling of inner harmony. It was such a transformational day. We both came away feeling inspired, energised, peaceful and full of life.
